North Korea Parade Shows Hazmat Suits

North Korea put on a very strange parade to celebrate the 73rd founding of the government. What was most peculiar, was what some of the soldiers were wearing.

Why was the North Korea military Hazmat suits?

There were no missiles in this parade. Does that mean they are looking to chemical warfare as a future battleground?
