Is the “Dogefather” Elon Musk’s SNL Debut Driving up Crypto Coin?

Tesla billionaire, space explorer and the self-crowned “Dogefather” Elon Musk is hosting Saturday Night Live this weekend and it just so happens that his preferred crypto coin, Doge, is headed “to the moon” by the time he walks on stage.

Since the SNL announcement, Doge Coin value has nearly tripled hitting a high of $.69.

An investor banking on the joke crypto coin just a month ago with $10,000 would be able to cash out over $118,000 today.

But the rapid climb isn’t good enough for Doge investors who are looking for the coveted “moon shot” of having Doge hit $1.

And by Saturday night, it may very well happen.

Elon Musk has been promoting Doge in a playful way for months to his 52 million twitter followers.  With each pump by Elon, Doge coin climbs.

On April 8th, Musk tweeted “The Dogefather SNL May 8th” and that’s all it took for all of the fanatical fans of Elon to drive up the price of Doge so the billionaire could take credit for creating an unknown number of new millionaires through his playful poking at investors.
