Gunman Kills At Least 8 In Russian University

Perth, Russia is the latest city rocked by a terrible school shooting where a gunman has killed at least eight people and injured 28.

Reuters is reporting that the gunman was a student with a hunting rifle.

After going on the rampage, the gunman was wounded when resisting arrest and treated for wounds at an area hospital. The gunman is in custody.
