The devastation and death caused by the Nazis of World War II is just like the potential threat of climate change, according to Democratic Socialist Alexandrea Ocasio-Cortez.
Speaking at a town hall in Queens, New York, the 29-year-old politician talked about the existential threat of climate change and compared to the last world war and the need for our country to immediately mobilize industrial efforts to stop a climate disaster. “So, when we talk about existential threats — the last time we had a really major existential threat to this country was around World War II.”
She is directly comparing the Nazis to climate change. The death an carnage of World War II is being linked to the potential threat of climate change.
This isn’t the first time Ocasio-Cortez has said something that her critics can easily attack. There are plenty of videos on YouTube that highlight her lack of understanding of geo-political topics and funding socialism.
Ocasio-Cortez can’t even figure out how to fund the Democratic Socialism platform.
Ocasio-Cortez is a rising star on the left and is new to politics, but she better watch comments comparing the Nazis to climate change or she won’t be around very long.
One last thing, according to Ocasio-Cortez theory, does denying climate change make you a holocaust denier too?
