Major Pot Bust During Kids Easter Egg Hunt

While kids were searching for colorful plastic eggs full of candy goodies in Washington state over the weekend, a man was running around franticly. But he didn’t have an Easter basket.

The fact that he was screaming that his roommates were trying to kill him is what grabbed the cops’ attention.

During a public Easter egg hunt, the frantic man was arrested and the police quickly found the source of the disturbance. They found their golden egg hidden in some weeds.

The police stumbled on a house with 45 pounds of illegal marijuana and over a hundred thousand in cash. The police also got four pretty sweet rides. They confiscated four cars from the property.

The seizure was one of the largest in the city Salmon Creek, Washington.

The local police station got a special Easter treat this year.

The Sheriff’s office said that the unlucky Easter bunnies were Joseph E. Sullivan, 24, and Jordan M. Long, 27 were booked and there is still no work on if they had their pink bunny ears on during mug shots. We will update as soon as we know.
