Video prankster Mark Dice hit the streets of California donned in a sparkling “Hillary 2016” t-shirt to ask supporters to “repeal the bill of rights, to help out the campaign” and to “help modernize the new world order.”

Signers provided their name, date of birth and signature without hesitation.
