A student was caught in a fight at his high-school in Texas and pulled a gun. The 18-year-old started firing and shot four people.
Timothy George Simpkins was taken into custody shortly after fleeing the scene.
Arlington, Texas police stated they had the suspect and holding him on $75,000 bail.
He has been charged with 3 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
According to the Associated Press, one of the victims is in critical condition while one more is still in the hospital in good condition. One didn’t need to go to the hospital and the other has been treated and released.
