President Trump brought back the idea of requiring voters to show a picture ID before casting their vote.
Speaking at a rally in Tampa, Florida on July 31st, Donald Trump said that for anyone voting for president, senator, governor or congressman should show their official state issued ID before being allowed to vote.
“If you go out and you want to buy groceries, you need a picture on a card, you need ID. You go out and you want to buy anything, you need ID. And you need your picture. In this country the only time you don’t need it in many cases is when you want to vote for a president, when you want to vote for a senator, when you want to vote for a governor or a congressman. It’s crazy. It’s crazy. But we are turning it around.”
The liberal left hates the idea of voter ID, but they didn’t respond by debating the topic, they just mocked the president for saying you need and ID to buy groceries.

It doesn’t matter if you need and ID to buy groceries or not, requiring a photo ID to vote should be common sense. The Democrats call it racist, but it is time we had a serious discussion on it. A serious discussion isn’t what the left wants to have; they just want to make fun of the president.
