An Atlanta, Georgia woman is under arrest in connection with a post she allegedly placed on Facebook urging blacks to shoot white police officers across the country.

According to police, Ebony Monique Dickens of East Point, Georgia used the fake name of “Tiffany Milan” to incite violence against police in Facebook post telling followers:

“All Black ppl (people) should rise up and shoot at every white cop in the nation starting NOW,” in the post made on Monday. “I condone black on white killings. Hell they condone crimes against us.”

CNN affiliate WSB reported that Dickens removed the post a day later just before she was arrested. Dickens continued:

“I thought about shooting every white cop I see in the head until I’m either caught by the police or killed by them. Ha!!!! I think I can pull it off. Might kill at least 15 tomorrow, I’m plotting now.”

The post not only garnered the attention of local police but that of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Homeland Security as well.

“That’s 15 people that she’s talking about killing within a day or so, so whether she is serious or not that’s something that we have to take seriously,” East Point police Lt. Cliff Chandler told WSB.”

East Point police charged Dickens, 33, with dissemination of information to facilitate terroristic threats. Dickens initially defended her actions on First Amendment grounds in her Facebook post writing that:

“Freedom of speech tho. So when you can absolutely show me in the 1st amendment where it explicitly says you can’t say ‘kill all cops’, then I’ll delete my status. Other than that…. NOPE!”

East Point Magistrate Court Judge Antavious Weemes disagreed with the defendant’s legal analysis and set bail $10,000 on the condition that she freeze all of her social media accounts.

Dickens’s public defender, Tracey Moran, said her client had been fired from her job and that she “was simply venting. . . it was a horrible mistake”…”The chance of her doing this again is highly improbable.”
