An anti-Trump protest in the United Kingdom thought they would draw thousands of people.
Instead, they drew 20.
The protest, called “Make Peace Great Again”—a play on President Trump’s winning 2016 slogan—utterly failed.
“I think it’s, what went wrong is not the good question to ask,” said one organizer of the event, venting frustration, before blaming the government of the European Union for stifling the protest.
President Trump is currently visiting Europe—but, despite the planned protests to greet his arrival, it’s clear that the anti-Trump fever is finally dying down across the Atlantic.
