Hillary To Organize Legal Warfare Against Trump Administration

Hillary Clinton
Do you think your army of lawyers save you from prison, Hillary?

Hilary Clinton’s former top campaign lawyer, Marc Elias – who is considered to be the “go to fixer” for shady Dems – and John Podesta have been working hard to organize low-profile teams of leftist lawyers to systematically tear down and challenge every single possible move the Trump Administration makes.

Hillary’s Democracy Forward Foundation, a D.C.-based 501(c)3 nonprofit, dishonestly describes themselves as a “nonpartisan” group that “scrutinizes Executive Branch activity.” They brag that, “with a team of experienced litigators, researchers, and policy experts, Democracy Forward scrutinizes Executive Branch activity across policy areas, challenges unlawful actions through litigation.”

The Democracy Forward Foundation was founded in March 29th of this year, according to it’s business records.  The group has maintained an intentionally low profile since its inception despite filing several lawsuits against Trump’s U.S. Department of Justice, the Department of the Treasury, and the Office of Management and Budget. They have also additionally filed complaints for the injunctive relief against the Department of Transportation and Department of Defense.

Democracy Forward’s executive team features more individuals who previously had worked on the Obama and Clinton campaigns despite billing itself as a strict “nonpartisan” group. In fact, the sister of Senator Kamala Harris, the California Democrat who is being floated as a potential presidential candidate for 2020, and the political director for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) are also involved with the same group.

Anne Harkavy, the group’s executive director, was a former senior legal advisor to the general counsel of Obama for America, Obama’s former campaign committee. Corey Ciorciari, the policy and strategy director who oversees Democracy Forward’s policy, research, and communications teams, was also previously a policy advisor for Clinton during her 2016 presidential election campaign.

“We believe that whenever the Executive Branch pursues unlawful policies or violates the rules, our democracy suffers and real people are hurt,” it further continues. “Democracy Forward was created to fight back and ensure those transgressions do not go unnoticed or unchallenged.”

Javier Guzman, the legal director for Democracy Forward, came from the Department of Justice. Alex Hornbrook, Democracy Forward’s very own operations director, served as a director of scheduling and advance for Hillary for America, Hilary Clinton’s campaign committee.

David Brock, Clinton’s “attack dog,” and founder of Media Matters, discussed using litigation in leaked confidential documents obtained by the news source in January at a posh Florida retreat with liberal mega-donors.

A number of state attorneys general who have filed the suits against the Trump administration also appeared at Brock’s conference.
